Diane Curtis
Diane Curtis graduated from Wichita State University's
School of Art and Design. She is a docent at the Ulrich
Museum of Contemporary Art at WSU and has also
served on the Alliance Board at the museum.
“My paintings are compilations of my experiences from
my travels. Sometimes they are accomplished ‘en plein
aire’ but more often the experience with a place is
drawn on site then filtered and reorganized to a painting
that may be abstract or changed to fulfill my
confrontation with a particular place or time.”
