Micki Donnelly
Functional Ceramist
I’ve began making pottery sense 1990 My main
focus is Aesthetics and texture. The second is
glaze formula and glaze making science. In 1998
I completed my B.A. in Art at Newman University.
After graduating I attended Friends University in
the fall of 2002 to work on my Secondary
Teaching Certification. In 2004, I completed a
Masters of Science in Education at Newman
University, while continuing to work on a wide
range of functional ceramic objects, from
Stoneware, and Porcelain clay, to mixed-media,
and oil Pastels.
