Yolanda Cruz-Orozco

University.
A working artist and owner of YOCO Galleries in
Wichita, Kansas. Her collections in Texas, Colorado,
Kansas, Mexico, Denmark and China. She
co-coordinated with artist Dave Quick of the First
Survey of Hispanic Art Wichita State University Women
Studies Chair, a paper to the National titled "Feminine
Power" in Everyday Life: Multiple Meanings of our Lady
of Guadalupe from Chicana Feminist Perspectives. Her
research in the area of Chicana Identity Formation is
on-going and is an integral part in many of her works.
